The Drytex® Adjustable Patella Doughnut knee brace is a neoprene alternative for those patients who have an allergy to neoprene. It is designed with a unique nylon core and polyester Lycra® that give improved air flow over cheaper knee braces. It has a trimmable tubular doughnut for an enhanced load towards the desired direction of patella glide.

The patella cut out makes it more popular than the neoprene sleeve variety as this prevents migration of the knee brace.
