The Tru-Pull®'s unique wraparound design incorporates a Donjoy patented technology of independent straps which provide a consistent pull on the patella. The Tru-Pull® is an ideal choice for patella subluxation, patella maltracking, malalignments or in patients who have anterior knee pain that is relieved by patella taping to the medial side.

We sell our Tru-Pull® with the optional buttress kits selected for your convienence. This is because until you try to fit the brace your patient will not know whether the additional buttress is needed or not. If you unselect this option you save £7.50 but will not receive the additional buttress kit.

Helps with some cases of anterior knee pain by applying some pressure to the patella tendon. Try it for patella tendonitis, Chondromalacia patellae, Osgood Schlatters, Posterior Hoffa's Fat Pad Syndrome and on occasions patients with torn ligamantum mucosum. The primary body of the strap is soft, latex free nylon/foam laminate with contact closures. A unique cylindrical Floam™ bladder is encased inside the body of the primary patella strap and may be adjusted for compression.

Floam™ is a unique material the provides uniform compression and a customised fit while prohibiting pressure from being displaced to bony prominances.

The Drytex® Adjustable Patella Doughnut knee brace is a neoprene alternative for those patients who have an allergy to neoprene. It is designed with a unique nylon core and polyester Lycra® that give improved air flow over cheaper knee braces. It has a trimmable tubular doughnut for an enhanced load towards the desired direction of patella glide.
