ACL Rupture
	The video clip on the left is of a patient demonstrating the active quads sign where you ask the patient to tense the quads while sitting with the knee flexed to right angles. This is a patient with an unstable knee helped in every day activities by an ACL brace. John said that instability in his sporting persuit of football demanded he have keyhole ACL reconstruction.
