Introduction
This Procare® XTEND 174 Cervical Collar is similar in style to the Aspen or Miami "J" collar. The ProCare® XTEND 174 cervical collar provides substantial motion restriction while minimizing painful pressure points that can lead to skin maceration and/or breakdown. Removable, open cell foam padding wicks moisture away from the skin to help promote proper patient hygiene and enhanced comfort while minimizing skin irritation. X-ray, CT, and MRI lucent. Contact pressure is evenly distributed, and all contact points are padded. Sorbatex padding absorbs and wicks moisture away from skin. Pads & shells are removable and washable.

This cervical brace is designed to meet the needs of the acute injury managed by ATLS principles and the ambulatory patient with a stable cervical injury.
